2AOP-3943 (hoisting equipment maintenance unit)
2AOP-3943 unit is designed and suitable
for technical and running maintenance of hoisting units, which are used while running major repairs of oil and gas wells. ▲ General view of 2AOP
Installing wheelbase:
chassis of KamAZ-43118-1999, URAL-4320-1912.
2AOP unit maintenances the following works:
- mechanical works ;
- welding and cutting works;
- fluid lubricant filling-up and changing;
- emergency descent of hoist mast;
- handling operations;
- transportation of separate units and fittings.
Box body of 2AOP unit:/h3>
framed, all metal, all welded, cold-proof, with the right to transport the group of workers till 3 persons. Heated by «Planar 4D».
Configuration of 2AOP:
- welding equipment (power generator (26-30 kW) and rectifier welding set VD-313;
- oxygen-cutting equipment (container for oxygen and propane bottle, torch, cutter, set of pressure regulators, gas supply tubing);
- fluid lubricant filling-up unit (tanks with pump NMSh 2-40);
- oil-pumping station;
- set of bench work tools;
- loader crane with a lifting capacity of to 4 tons.
